This brand new integration will allow the user to reduce priming volume of the circuit, exploit the gravimetric position of the pump to minimise the pressure drop impact on the heat exchanger, and combine the less haemolytic pump design with the chimera free heat exchanger solution.
The more advanced model, designed with integrated pressure and temperature sensors placed respectively in the blood inlet and in the blood outlet of the device, will allow to perform long-term therapies by having an outstanding control of these two parameters, combining the blood pump and the chimera free heat exchanger solution in only 33 ml of blood priming volume.

We are convinced that critical patients need to be supported better than how present technologies have done so far. Our goal is to overcome the limitations of the present perfusion technologies, by improving biocompatibility, reducing the inflammatory response, providing heparin free circuits and eliminating the gaseous micro-emboli.
